Erica Smith is a Licensed Clinical social work associate who has worked with children and families since 2010.

She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in social work from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master’s degree in social work from University of South Carolina.

Erica’s core belief is that most people can change when they have the desire to change, are given support, encouragement, and effective counseling modalities and tools. She has a passion for helping people. She creates a therapeutic space that is inviting and encourages everyone to show up as their authentic self.

Erica is everyone’s biggest fan and roots for them to win especially when it comes to their emotional wellness.
